Sega Mega Drive / Genesis Mini stokes the nostalgia fire with new trailer

We’re a little over a month away from the release of the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis Mini. After a series of frankly pretty crappy attempts to capitalise on the emulation console market, Sega is hoping this much-improved venture will capture the same kind of success Nintendo saw with its NES and SNES Classic consoles. The legendary developer/publisher has dropped a short trailer, reminding us of some of the classic titles that will be appearing on the portable device. Beginning with a TV set that looks like it’s from the 1970s (when the Mega Drive was first released, I guess), the one-minute preview features clips from some of the included 40+ titles, such as Alisa Dragoon, Virtua Fighter 2, Strider, …
